BUILDER – Brigade Panorama Review
Brigade Group the builders of Brigade Panorama has been in the construction business since 1986 and since then delivered some landmark projects in Bangalore like the Brigade Gateway in Malleswaram, Brigade Metropolis and Brigade Millenium. They are also the developers of the World Trade Center building. They have immense experience and have delivered successfully on several projects earning them a rating of 9 which is pretty high. This rating is just a little bit lower than Prestige Constructions (9.4) simply because of the number of years Prestige has in construction. Quality wise they both deliver good projects.

PRICE – Brigade Panorama Review
Price is probably the best thing about Brigade Panorama. Their main competitors in the Bangalore West area of Mysore Road are Prestige Temple Bells and Salarpuria Divinity and Brigade Panorama wins with a handsome margin when it comes to pricing. For the quality of amenities and specifications that come with this project the price tag is very attractive and is surely value for your money. We are giving them an excellent rating of 8.9 for price.

FLOOR PLANS – Brigade Panorama Review
Brigade Panorama offers 2 and 3 bedroom options with sizes ranging from 1070 sqft. to 1640 sqft. They offer a total of 7 different floor plans to choose from which is not a lot but adequate. However we give them a lower rating of 7.5 for floor plans due to the smaller size balconies and lack of variety (number of choices) in floor plans. The bedroom sizes are very decent but again there is a lack of variety across plans. But we do think that for the price you certainly get value.

LOCATION – Brigade Panorama Review
Brigade Panorama location definitely feels a little bit too far away. For those of you who are looking in the Mysore road area, especially close to the Rajarajeshwari hospital, Bangalore University or Wonder La it will be great. This place does have some nice entertainment options like Wonder la, Innovative Film City and the Eagleton Golf Course near by. The Golbal Village Tech Park is the nearest IT park. In addition to Bangalore University, R.V College of Engineering, Rajarajeshwari Medical College, Dayanand Sagar College, Sri Kumaran School and Delhi Public School are educational institutions in the close vicinity of this property. In addition to the Rajarajeshwari Hospital there is also BGS hospital nearby. There are also some big manufacturing units like Coca Cola and Toyota nearby which could all mean good demand for rental accomodations for nice apartments in this area. We do think this is a great area to live in but we are giving a lower rating of 6.9 primarily because of the distance from the City Center.

AMENITIES – Brigade Panorama Review
Brigade Panorama has some good amenities but not over the top. They have the regular amenities you would expect like the swimming pool, club house with indoor games, gym, party hall, badminton court, sauna etc. We are giving them a reasonably good rating of 8.1 which is comparable to its competing projects Salarpuria Divinity and Prestige Temple Bells.

SPECIFICATIONS – Brigade Panorama Review
There have been some visible compromises with quality in order to get the prices down for Brigade Panorama. the smaller balcony sizes, the kitchen with ceramic tiles (although upgrade option exists with extra cost), the common areas like corridors with vitrified and not granite or marble etc. While these bring the price down and make it affordable to many people, we think the rating of 7.1 reflects our opinion of the specifications especially comparing with other projects by the same builders in other areas. We do however think that even though the rating is low, the price justifies this compromise for people looking for affordable options.

APPRECIATION POTENTIAL – Brigade Panorama Review
This area in general does not have a lot of quality apartments due to its distance which is a good thing for buyers of Brigade Panorama. With so many large manufacturing companies nearby, schools, hospitals, medical, dental and engineering colleges, Bangalore University, Wonder La Amusement Park etc. there is bound to be excellent rental demand in the area. We feel that this demand will push the appreciation potential higher. Also the lower entry cost will mean there is potential for growth in value. We are giving Brigade Panorama a lower but decent rating of 7.9 for appreciation potential. We think Brigade Panorama is a good investment opportunity.
